This manuscript contains a major text and two minor texts. The first part is a book of Tibb (medicine) -- descriptions of the body, diseases, and cures. There is a break in the continuity of topic, style of writing, etc. The second document is a short essay about intercourse, and the third is about different stains and how to remove them.

The manuscript is a collection of different essays by Muhammad bin Haj Muhammad Zaman Kashani, some of which are related to marriage. Muhammad Husayn bin Muhammad Ali Khuraskani is the scribe.
The first part is the book of medicine. The next part is on mines and the third is on jams. The last part, is Aristotle's book on horses. On the last page, there are a number of names and dates of birth, probably belonging to the children or grandchildren of the owner of the manuscript. The first date is 1854 and the last is 1898.
It is a marriage sermon written in a literary style.
Property sale settlement between Hajar's attorney and Khvajah Nafs, son of Khvajah ʻAyni. The property's value is stated to be one Tabrizi tuman and 5000 dinars. Hajar is the sister of Ahmad and daughter of Husayn.
The document reads in part:Mir ʻAli al-Baqi has given the power of attorney to divorce his wife, Khayr al-Nisaʼ Baygum (daughter of Mirza Sayyid Mahmud), to Akhund Muhsin of Dar al-ʻIbadah of Yazd; she forgoes her mahr for this divorce. June 21, 1784.
This document transfers the ownership of a property, valued at two tumans and 5000 dinars, from ʻIffat Shah Maryam, sister of ʻAbbas, to Khvajah Muhammad Husayn, son of Hasan. This transfer served to pay off a debt.
Aqa Muhammad, the son of ‘Aziz from Khvurasgan, claims that he inherits four-sixth of the house known as Talar in Khvurasgan, but Bibi Nisa’, Mihr Nisa’, and Baygum Khanum, the daughters of Aqa Muhammad Baqir, deny this. The dispute is resolved with the following settlement: Aqa Muhammad's share is 2.5 out of 6 shares of the house, and the share of Muhammad Baqir's daughter is 3.5 out of 6 shares. On the margin, Aqa Muhammad has acknowledged the receipt of his share and states that he has no claim over ‘Abd al-Ghaffar's house, known as Bagh. On verso, on July 18, 1902, Baygum Khanum...
