Kawkab, sister of Mirza Baqir from the same mother and father, asks Hujjat al-Islam Haji Mirza Muhammad Mujtahid about dividing her father's inheritance a few years ago amongst Mirza Baqir, Aqa Mahdi, and Qamar Khanum, and which one of her brothers has her share. Mirza Muhammad responded that Aqa Mahdi and Qamar Nisa’, who are from the same mother, share their inheritance and Kawkab Khanum shares her part with Mirza Baqir.

Haji Mir Mukhtar Aqa, Aqa Mir Muhammad, and Haji Mir Jalal have sold a few stores, including one purchased from Khavar Khanum and Dirakhshandah Khanum, daughters of Haji ‘Abbasquli, to Mashhadi Hamd Allah Amin al-Ra‘aya and ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan in exchange for eight hundred and forty tumans. On February 21, 1928, Mashhadi Hamd Allah Amin al-Ra‘aya has sold his share to Mirza Baqir Iskandarzadah for four hundred and twenty tumans.
