What is left after me minus my own part which is a third of it, they can divide among my eight children. A third of my property should be under supervision of my daughter Ma‘sumah Amini to be spent as follows: 1- a monthly payment of two thousand rials to Shahzadah Basir Khaqan Mu‘izzi and a monthly payment of three thousand rials to Haj Mirza Husayn Khan Haq Shinaw, 2- keep ‘Abd Allah Shukufi who is a good and devout servant and give him ten thousand tumans in gratuity as well as paying him a third of his salary while he is alive, 3- a third of the salaries of Sayyid ‘Abd al-Husayn and Sayyid Murtiza Zanjani until they are alive and they are free to work wherever they want, 4- a third of Mirza ‘Ali Akbar Murtazai's salary until he is alive, 5- one thousand tumans to ‘Alaviyah as well as her salary while she is alive, 6- five thousand tumans to Bibi Jan and a third of her salary while she is still alive, 7- five hundred tumans to the nanny of the late Husayn [Fakhr al-Dawlah's son] and pay her salary as before, 8- pay the monthly salary of ‘Alam Bahar until she is alive, 8- pay Qamar Sultan one hundred tumans in gratuity and a third of her salary while she is alive. Ma‘sumah could help others as much as she affords. The costs of the endowment for the tomb of Hajiyah Muhtaram al-Dawlah and myself should be paid from this money (the third of my property). The cost of restoring the dome of Amin al-Dawlah mosque should also be paid from this money. Ma‘sumah should use the remaining money for the Kahrizak or Shah Abad hospital or donate it to other charities. Fakhr al-Dawlah has demanded that her body will be brought back to Iran in case she dies in Europe and to be buried in Ibn Babivayh cemetery next to his son, Husayn and has described what to be done for her funeral. She wants her clothing to be donated to ‘Alaviyah and Bibi Jan and her household furnishing to be divided among her children provided her sons are there without their wives. She wants her son, ‘Ali Amini, to have her agate ring after her death.
