Marriage contract of Amirah Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Abu al-Qasim Khan, the son of Fazl Allah Khan. The mahr includes 50 tumans cash, a ring worth 100 tumans, and a roll of shawl worth 50 tumans, which were received by the bride, and a piece of farming land and its water use, with a combined value of 500 tumans. Thus, the mahr totals 700 tumans, which was given to the bride was with the permission and approval of the groom's father, who was present at the session, gave his permission, and confirmed the mahr.

On behalf of Dr. Masʻud Masʻudi Khurasani, the attorney has all the power to do whatever necessary with the properties that were inherited from Banu Baygum Agha Masʻudi Khurasani by her son [Dr. Masʻud Masʻudi Khurasani], including selling or renting them.
