Mirza Musa Khan's will, 1918
Mirza Musa Khan's will, giving a third of his properties to charity and the rest to his inheritors, including his father (Iʻtizad al-Mamalik), his two wives, three sons, and four daughters. Since Najm al-Sadat died earlier, her share of inheritance goes to her mother, Dilshad Khanum, who has settled her share (one-third of one-sixth of Gavahir village, for 15 tumans), and she should have no more claims on it.
Dilshad Khanum's settlement, 1918
Dilshad Khanum has settled one-third of the shared ownership, including one-sixth of Gavahir village, along with the mill and six-sevenths of three-sixths of Musa Bulaghi's village, with Iʻtizad al-Mamalik for 500 tumans. On margin: Iʻtizad al-Mamalik has transferred the ownership of this third of the shared ownership of one-sixth of Gavahir village and its attachments, which are mentioned in the document, to the three sons and three daughters of Mirza Musa Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya. Iʻtizad al-Mamalik has settled this on behalf of Mirza Musa's underaged children and Rukhsarah Khanum has done this on behalf of the adult children.
