Copy of a marriage contract between Kulsum, daughter of Akhund Mulla Husayn, and Akhund Mulla Qasim, son of Karbalayi ʻAli Muhammad, with a mahr of 800 Nasiri rials, which includes: half a share of the twelve shares of Karizak farm, worth 40 tumans, part of a property in Nayshabur, worth 10 tumans, 16 tumans in cash for clothes, gold worth 8 tumans, six mans [each man is three kilograms] of copper worth six tumans.

Marriage contract of Badr al-Nisa’ Baygum, the daughter of Mirza Muhammad al-Husayni, and Mirza Abu al-Qasim al-Husayni, the son of Mirza Muhammad Kazim al-Husayni; the mahr is one hundred tumans, including a property in Nayshabur (10 tumans), carpet (7.5 tumans), beddings (5 tumans), seven misqals [unit of weight] of red gold (3.5), 10 mans [unit of weight] of copperware (5 tumans), and a female Abyssinian slave (9 tumans).

‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash) writes to Surur al-Saltanah declaring his love and asking why she is upset and whether he has done something wrong; he tells her that other people do not know how much he loves her and she should not listen to what they say; if she is concerned about the photograph, he declares that Surur has all his heart and if there are some memorabilia from the past, they were only reminders of the madness of his younger self and tells her that she can keep the photograph. ‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk to Surur al-Saltanah
‘Abd al-Husayn Mu‘azzaz al-Mulk (Taymurtash) writes to Surur al-Saltanah about expecting her letter and finally receiving it, about her eye pain, how he misses her, and how he cannot continue without her. He then talks about a dispute between Salar and the family of a Mujahid [fighter], and also the possible governance of Turbat by Salar. He asks Surur not to mention these to anyone as these are governmental secrets.

He mentions how much he misses her and complains that when he was in Tehran and insisted on seeing Surur al-Saltanah, she would put it off and now that he is away she says that she misses him, and he asks her whether she will agree to meet with him when he is back.
